Video upload

Hi... I tried uploading my video twice and each time I received a message that said the video would post within 48 hours but its been about two weeks and I still don't see it. My profile says I'm in-active for contestant; yet when I try to vote I get a message that says contestants can't vote. What's going on? Please look into that. Thanks.
