Exclamation My video did not show up in the voting process...
Hello Jay,

I have a few friends informed me that they couldn't see my video when they were voting. One of them have even voted everybody else 3 times and still couldn't see me.

Please look into the matter and let me know what I can do.

Hi Mirabelle,

I did a check and do see that your video is part of the voting rotation. The system equates the number of votes for each contestant. So if you happen to have two extra votes, then untill all other contestants get two more votes to equate the number of votes your video has it won't be shown for voting. But you video is in rotation.
