Singing Superstar Online Survey Results

Hey Guys and Gals,

Thank you to everyone who took the time to give us feedback and suggestions through our online survey regarding Singing Superstar.

Taking your suggestions into consideration we have extended our video and picture submission to 4 full weeks from the time of registering. You've now got a whole month to secure your spot on our show.

Plus, from the survey results, we found that most of you would like to simply mail us your Video (VHS, DVD, or CD) recording and pictures to have us digitally convert your video, scan your photos, and upload them for you on your contestant profile.

You asked for it, so you've got it!

For a limited time only, we will provide this service at NO cost to you (except postage). If you just want to mail it to us and let us handle all the technical aspects of video conversion and photo scanning, now you can.

Just log into your Profile Page, and you'll see a new section there called "Mail in your Video/Pictures" explaining how things work and how you can send them in.

I wanted to respond to this survey, but I couldn't find it. I am glad to hear of the extension for video and photo submission. This way, I will not feel so rushed.

Hi, I'm hypnotic,
I up loaded my new videos and it said it was successful and it will be reviewed in 48 hrs. However it never showed up, even after my 48 hours. So I keep up loading my 2 (free for being one of the first contestants) and every day I check to see if it shows up....with no luck . Now I'm getting nervous cause the contest is suppose to be starting soon. If you do find them, I prefer to keep the last 2 I sent and the one that has been posted from a few months ago.
Please contact me with any suggestions.
