Paypal, sucks. They are not a bank as much as everyone thinks they are. They give you an account like one, but its not the same. They are not governed by the same rules as a FDIC Bank, which they can bascially do whatever they want with the money in that account.

I hate them too but I sell on ebay alot and they are the most popular payment method. I had the same problem as Jay with my account. It was their stupid fault though! I am with you... PAYPAL SUCKS!
